Symptoms

When entering restatement rates in P1113, system returns wrong warning on tolerance.
The tolerance check seems to be related to data within the grid and not to related data of matching conversion rates.

Steps:
1. Go to P1113
2. Enter a restatement rate for more than one currency combination
3. A warning occurs: Rate Exceeds Tolerance Limit  Warning
