Symptoms

"Hover Effect" feature (enable/disable) is available for under Configure Pane option on a Composite/Composed E1Page. 

(See Question 7: How to enable/disable the hover feature in a composite page? in E1: E1PAGE: Frequently Asked Questions on E1Page Composer Design (Doc ID 2303200.1)). 

 

Requesting the option to use (enable/disable) this feature at the user level via User Preferences.
