Symptoms
The new value of 3 in this field is causing PDBAs with monthly limits to go over that limit after it has been reached.
Steps to duplicate:
1. P05001C for CO 00000 set Retrieve PDBA History System Flag = 3
2. P059116 add deduction DBA 2862
3. P050181 attach the DBA to the employee
4. P059101 add the DBA to a Group Plan DBA Setup
5. P07210 run payroll to generate history, an notice DBA 2862
6. P07210 Run the next pay cycle and notice DBA 2862 calculated.
7. Based on history, this DBA should not have calculated.
8. P05001C Change the history retrieval flag on Company 00000 to 2
9. P07201 Run the next pay cycle and notice DBA 2862 the DBA does not calculate
