The application can be used in both Equipment Asset Mgmt (EAM) and Service Warranty Mgmt (S&WM), however, this is the preferred and recommended time entry method for EAM.  Using this application with SWM causes some limitations in capturing actual labor costs for a work order (R13800, P48218). (See costing documentation for R13800 in note 626004.1)
