Sometimes network configurations prevent easy transfer of the OneWorld JDE logs from the AS/400 to a client with email capabilities. Frequently, it is easier to pull these log over to a client through iSeries Navigator, but with the advent of iSeries Access Navigator, you can't just map a drive to the AS/400 like you could with Client Access (V3R2 and earlier).
This document provides instructions for loading the components for IBM Navigator that will allow the same functionality but through the Navigator, instead of mapping to the AS/400 through Windows Explorer.
