E1: 3P: Obsolete JDE.INI Error on Windows Terminal Server

When using Active Directory for domain accounts and Windows Terminal Services, you must set the Home Directory (in active directory) to Local in order to read the JDE.INI. Otherwise, the message Obsolete JDE.INI will appear and deny the user access to EnterpriseOne.
