Symptoms
Users are in the Prototype environment adding new User Defined Code (UDC) values to a specific UDC such as Business Unit Category Code 1 (00|01). A user in the Development environment also adds a new UDC value to this same UDC, includes the UDC in a project and then promotes the project from a 21 to a 26. When the project is promoted to a status 26, the UDC records will be copied from the Control Tables - Test data source to the Control Tables - CRP data source. Any values added in the Control Tables - CRP data source into the 00/01 UDC would now be overwritten by the UDC table 00|01 from the Control Tables - Test data source.
