E1: OMW: Getting "Vocabulary Overrides Lock" Error During Check-Out and "Object Status Code Violation" Error when Making Vocabulary Overrides Changes in Object Management Workbench (Doc ID 627624.1)

When trying to check-out an object in Object Management Workbench application (OMW - P98220), user receives the error "Vocabulary Overrides Lock" in the status bar and is unable to check-out the object. The News/Status panel for the object shows the current project has the token and that it is not checked-out.


When user tries to make Vocabulary Override changes using OMW, the following error message is encountered:  

Object Status Code Violation: The object is currently in use by a project in OMW, either through Check out or save location, and is therefore unavailable.
