 General Questions
 Question 1:  From what table is the salary and hourly rate retrieved for EnterpriseOne Pre-Payroll processing?
 Question 2:  When an employee's tax id is changed, how can history be corrected?

 Question 4:  What Does The Color Coding On Employees Mean?
 Question 5:  Employees locked to a payroll are not showing in fuchsia (pink) color for some users.

 Question 8:  When adding an employee for a foreign country, the Address Book record is successfully created but the Employee Master is lost upon re-inquiry.  The first employee is allowed, but not the second for the same country.
 Question 9:  Terminated employees and employees under wrong supervisor are displayed in P02150 (Work With Distribution Lists).  Is there any way to rebuild this table information?
 Question 10: Why does the employee supervisor (ANPA) field clear out for terminated employees?
 Question 11:  What will change the employee supervisor field to the employees reporting to the terminated employee?
 Question 12: What is decimal display value for data items BHRT (Base Rate), PHRT (Hourly Rate) and SHRT (Hourly Rate), in payroll that will be fully supported by Oracle?
 Question 13: Are the values for Data Protection Code – alias : DPSC and Data Protection Date – alias : DPSD hardcoded? These fields are located on the Employee Master, P0801EMP.
 Question 14: Currently, if we set the termination date on employee record, the Change Reason on P08EFT is required. We would like to have the same thing happen when we change a pay rate. Is that possible?
 Question 15: When security is setup on Home Company HMCO and an employee is rehired the user is secured from the prior company the employee existed in they do not get error "SSN or Other Employee No. Already Exists" and the system allows a duplicate entry of the employee.  How can this be resolved or what would be a workaround?
 Question 16: What are the suggested processes for employees that worked and lived in Canada but now have moved to the US and vice versa? Is it recommended on creating two separate Employee numbers if they have two different SSN/Tax IDs or is it ok to just re-use the same employee number?
 Question 17: Is there a way to track the number of days worked for an employee?
 Address Book
 Question 1:  How does the system determine which address to use for payments and year-end forms when an employee has multiple addresses in the address book?
 Question 2:  Why does the Address by Effective date still show in Address Book Revisions on the Mailing tab when it is turned off?
 Question 3:  Is there any validation on county codes, UDC 00/CT?. In other words, is there any logic behind the code that would preclude removing or adding to the existing codes?
 Question 4:  How does address book security impact the employee master and the employee who's who information?
 Question 5:  Why would the system allow duplicate same TAX IDs (SSN) numbers?
 Question 6:   Is it necessary for two address records to be created for an employee?  One address to be used when paying the employee for reimbursable expenses and one for payroll?
 Question 7:  If Employee has two addresses with different effective dates, why is the incorrect address is being used?  The first record is being returned regardless of the effective date.

 Question 1:  Why would an employee's payroll deduction amount show as a negative amount (-.01) in Enrollment with Eligibility?
 Question 2:  What is the purpose of the Update Employee Master Age As Of R083495 and when should it be run?
 Question 3:  Is there a way to record the annual salary or benefit amounts in the employee master for spouse life, child life and supplemental life all together?  Currently, the system allows for LSAL (Life Ins. Annual Salary 1) and FSAL (Life Ins. Annual Salary 2).
 Organizational
 Question 1:  When making changes to employee information, why is the error "Parent Number Invalid" generated?
 Question 2:  How is the employee status field (YAEST) updated in Employee Master table (F060116)?
 Question 3:  When will the Primary Job field (EJPF) get populated to blank in F060118?
 Question 4:  Why does the Date in Current Position (CPDT) in Organization Assignment P0801ORG is automatically getting changed to match Date In Current Job (CDIJ).
 Question 5:  When attaching the Position ID to the employee from P0801ORG why is the error " Invalid Position ID" generated, even though Position is existing in Position Master?
 Question 6:  Why does a a recursive structure error occur  when an employee is listed as his/her own supervisor or if a subordinate employee is used as the supervisor in Organization Assignment P0801ORG?  How can the Supervisor Field (ANPA) be populated for an employee that does not have a supervisor, for example, the CEO of an organization?
 Question 7: What employee organizational does the Employee/Supervisor Relationship Build (R05846) update? Is there any application that uses the Employee/Supervisor Relationship Level (F05840)?
 Question 8: What is the maximum organizational level possible on the R05846?
 Question 9: The Processing Option behind the P0801 is Set to ES so that when a supervisor is terminated, the next level supervisor is populated on the Employee.  What do we need to do to make this happen?
 Question 10: Entered a Locality in P0801ORG but why is the system setting it to blank after clicking the OK button?

 Question 1:  Can data be imported to P0801CMP?
 Question 2:  What is the Business Function which is used to calculate the compa-ratio (CMPA) in P0801CMP application?

 Question 1:  What is the difference between the State Marital Status Fields?
 User Defined Category Codes
 Question 1:  Why would the error 'Not Found In User Defined Code for 06/12' error be generated when entering a value in the Category Code 12 field for an employee.  The value is setup in UDC 06/12.
 Question 2:  Why does User Def. Cat. Code 20 (P020) from the Row Exit of Work With Employee Information P0801EMP point to UDC 06/21 instead of UDC 06/20 while Category Codes 11 - 19 point to the corresponding UDCs?
 Question 3: Where are the User Defined Category Codes found?
 Auto Deposit
 Question 1:  Why does the error "Name - Alpha has an invalid data dictionary value" occur when attempting to enter Auto Deposit Instructions for an employee (P055011)?
 Question 2:  When a bank has changed its transit routing number, the user changes the current record (with and end date) and a new record is created (with a new start date) and the new transit routing number. When clicking okay to update the record why is a Duplicate Key Error generated?  The system will appear to take the change however when re-inquiring on the record, the value is not changed.
 Future Value
 Question 1:  Can data items be added to the P06041/F06041, Work with Future Data Fields?
 Australia Specific Questions
 Question 1:  Why does the address number populate in the tax id field for an Australian (AU) employee in Address book?
