E1: ENV: Missing Central Object Tables When Promoting a Project from a Development to a Custom Environment

In this scenario, you are trying to promote a project from DV (out of the box) to CUST (custom pathcode/environment). In doing so, you receive an error due to a missing Central Object table. When going through all the Central Object tables and getting a row count, you noticed in the OCMs that none of the F987* Central Objects tables are mapped to Central Objects Data Source.
