E1: PKG: DSTMPL Specs Package Build Errors Due to Missing Data Dictionary Items (Doc ID 630567.1)

Symptoms

In this scenario here, customer created a new custom environment, which is a copy of PY environment.  It uses a separate data dictionary. Customer is running multi foundation, iSeries platform. Their AS400 has two sets of services; they have two sets of workstations that differ by jde.ini files; but have only one deployment server. Package builds against the custom environment fail for DSTMPL specs.

In the Builderror.txt (or ClientPkgBuild.log) it is found these messages:

ERROR: Could not add record to Pack file DSTMPL. Record: ObjectName(dtobnm): T10430 . See jde.log for more information.
ERROR: Could not add record to Pack file DSTMPL. Record: ObjectName(dtobnm): T96400B . See jde.log for more information.
ERROR: Could not add record to Pack file DSTMPL. Record: ObjectName(dtobnm): R9640M . See jde.log for more information.


 In the jde.log:
