A OMW project is promoted that contains a UBE template and a UBE version. When customer go to the deployment server in the DEP environment and create an update package where you add the objects in making sure the all versions button is selected.
Close the application and it should show you all the objects you have selected and versions. However, only the UBE template are listed, there are no versions. Customer has tried using the select versions and nothing.
1. When building a package on the deployment server for new or modified versions, the user cannot see the new versions when they select the UBE during Package Assembly.
2. When building a package for existing versions that were modified, the user does not see the changes after successful build and deployment of the package.
When assembling and building an update package on the deployment server, DEP environment, customer cannot see their custom UBE versions, and they are not included in the package, only standard versions are included. Even checking in "all versions" box for package assembly, when on the deployment server , customer still can only include standard versions and not custom versions in their update package.
