 Question 1:  Can Batch Enrollment (R083800) be used to end enrollment for Dependents/Beneficiaries in the F08336 (Dependent/Beneficiary By Employee)?
 Question 2:  Why is Batch Enrollment automatically recalculating plan option rates?
 Question 3: If an employee is terminated before a benefit starts (effective) how can R083800 Batch Enrollment be used to end date a plan before the start date?
 Question 4:  How does E1 know that the person was previously eligible for the benefit? What is used to determine the previous eligibility?
 Question 5:  What test does the business function perform to determine the “already enrolled” status and the “eligible” status? In other words, what data criteria from the F08330 record will invoke each of these tests?
 Question 6: On the Processing Option Recalculation tab, what does Ending Enrollment status mean?
 Question 7: On Processing Option Enrollment tab, what does Mandatory Plans for Transfers mean? How does the system know the employee is a new hire, rehire or transfer etc?
 Question 8: Does the R083800 change the F060116 Employee Master benefit enrollment status for new hires (Benefit status = N) automatically to A (Active)?
 Question 9: The Benefit status of new hires changes from N (new hire) to A (active) when Processing Option Process Tab #6 Benefit Status is set to 0 (status changed to active) but this doesn't work for terminated employee's.  For terminated employee's with X in benefit status their F08330 (enrollment) and F06106 (employee pay instructions) are correctly end dated one day prior to the processing option effective date. However their benefit status changes in the F060116 Employee Master from X to blank.  Can New Hire and Terminated employee's be handled in the same run of R083800?
 Question 10: On Processing Option Date tab the effective date is used for all the new hire benefits; is there a way to put the Date Started of the employee as their benefit start date?
 Question 11: Is there a best practice for enrolling employees with future eligibility dates into Medical Benefits Plan so that rate changes are properly recalculated? The process we are following is to run the Batch Enrollment UBE once the calendar date reaches the eligibility date, but this is subject to user remembering to do, so trying to establish a better procedure.
