E1: FDA: Blank Processing Option Screen on Terminal Server, Deployment Server or FAT Clients (Doc ID 632563.1)

Symptoms

Scenario 1

Unable to display processing option. Right click on the application and choose Prompt For - Values..., it gives blank screen.


The same symptom in all environments JDEPLAN, PD910,DV910,PY910.

Have used OMW checkout or Get actions, but it cannot be fixed.

Processing Options on fat clients are working fine.


The following error found in jde.log

An error has been detected in the processing option template, T98407.
Please resave this template in the design tool to fix.

Scenario 2

When using a thin client (Terminal Server or Citrix), the processing option screen displays with a blank screen for some users.  Other symptoms that have been encountered include users not being able to select a literal value in data selection and Object Management Workbench crashing when users attempt to open it on the thin client.

Issue occurs after extension of hard disk on C:\, E910 is on D:\.
