Goal

What is the standard order of priority for EBCDIC databases on the AS400? Is it null, then blank, then lower case letters, then upper case letters, then numbers? For example, if I am adding inclusive row security to a table, and I want to allow everything up to a certain number, should I set it to allow null/blank through the specific number?
