Symptoms

  • A Real Estate Management batch did not complete the post and is partially posted. 
  • Error is received on the Post Error report, R09801E or there is a message in the workcenter.
  • F03B11/F0411 and/or F0911 records are not posted.

 Scenario 1:  F1511B records are posted/ F03B11 and F0911 records are marked with a P.  Delete Recurring Billing Batch
 Scenario 2: F1511B records are posted/ F03B11 records are partially posted and F0911 records are unposted.
 Scenario 3: Batch will not post by clearing the posted codes in the F03B11
 Scenario 4: Batch will not post by clearing F03B11 or F0411 and F0911 records
 Scenario 5:  If the F1511B records are created, but no F03B11 or F0911 records were created.
