Purpose

This document covers some troubleshooting information for installing Change Assistant Tool successfully and also cover troubleshooting tips for establishing connections to the Update Center and Change Assistant. The Update Center web server requires a secured login to gain access to patches, updates, support materials and documentation resources. A My Oracle Support user id and Customer Service Identifier (CSI) is required.
