P17714 - Work Order Revisions
P48201 - Work With Work Orders


Symptoms

Occasionally, an attempt to change a work order status in Work Order Revisions (P17714) results in an error.  The error displays in P17714, form W17714A work order revisions, scheduling tab, change of status field.  This is not related to the P48STAT status change window. 

The error message indicates that the change to the status needs to be approved, even though there is no approval processing activated.  Verified that the Approval Type code on the work order is blank and the field is even protected. This issue may be unique to PM generated orders.
