E1: UBE: Error "Failed to Validate Auth Token" When Submitting UBE's to Enterprise Server

Symptoms

During the process of upgrading to a later release of EnterpriseOne, users are suddenly unable to submit UBEs to the server.

The Fat client jde.log has the following message, indicating a jdenet timeout:

2140/3044 Fri Jan 28 10:52:36.252 JDEKNUBE.C2781
KNT0000106 - JDENET_ReceiveMsg failed. Error = 11

While the server UBE kernel log show the following messages:
