Information in this document applies to any platform.
EnterpriseOne does not recognize the cluster name used for running UBES on the Enterprise server and is using the physical node names rather than cluster virtual names. An entry cannot be added to table F986130 because it should use the virtual names instead of the physical name.
The following messages appear in the Enterprise server JDE.LOG (COPIES13 is the physical name of the node):
