Some customers have changed the display decimals for QTYINV /QNTY based on KM article <Document 625950.1> E1: 30: R30QNTY Converting QNTY Data
There were Bugs/ SARs for this issue with the display decimals , <Bug 10794299> LARGE MNQ DD IN MULTIDECIMAL - SAR: 6296261 (For ERP8.0) and <Bug 10789579> LARGE MNQ DD IN MULTIDECIMAL - SAR: 6183282 (For Xe), and the final resolution of those SARs were that a new TC was created - Convert F4072 MNQ display decimals (R894072B) . R894072B will convert existing F4072 data - Data Item 'MNQ'(From Level) to a new format, where additional decimals scrubbing done in application is removed. This would accommodate for larger 'From Level' values entered by multi-decimal environment user.

However, this causes problems with any row-by-row TCs that run against any tables that have one of the affected data items. The <Document 625950.1> lists some, but not all of these tables.

NOTE:  "Insert..Into/Select...From" TCs and Table Conversions type *ALTER *MERGE are NOT affected.

When running table conversions, any table that contains a data dictionary item in QTYINV class where the display decimals have been changed, gets multiplied by 10000.
