The Table and Index Creation R98407 UBE when run the first time does give the correct information to the user about the success of the table and index creation in most cases. However, if a client resets the database and then resets this step in the EnterpriseOne software upgrade, they will get a report indicating failures when creating new indexes even though the report indicates successful generation of the tables just above.
The problem is that this report relies on the F984072 table to retain history, but it doesn't update the PDF to indicate that the table was already successfully created from a history standpoint.
This creates a lot of confusion since just setting the plan status back is not the only requirement -- the client is required to either remove or reset the records in F984072 using the P984072 application.
