E1: UPGTC: Table Conversions Fail On Enterprise Server Due to Expired Token

Symptoms
In this scenario here, customer is performing an upgrade from EnterpriseOne Xe to 8.10 application release level. They launched Table Conversions (TCs) on the Enterprise Server. Many were processed, but then they started failing with "Expired token" failures. They re-launched the conversions and more TCs processed, but the process stopped again with the same errors.
Security server is disabled and the Tools Release is at the same level on both the Enterprise Server and the Deployment Server.
