 Question 1: What are the following fields used for and how are they populated?

 Question 4: The Reorder Point field displayed in the Item Branch Quantities Form (P41026|W41026C) and Reorder Point field displayed in the Work With Buyer's Item Information (P4115|W4115A) both have the same Alias (ROPI) and help text, but they do not display the same values when inquired upon. What is the purpose of each field? Why doesn't the same value appear in each field?
