Symptoms

When using a custom font to print the company logo on a report the custom font is not printing correctly.  If the report is viewed in Adobe Acrobat and then printed from it, the font prints correctly.  However, the font does not print when choosing either the option to Print Immediate or the row exit for Print from Work with Submitted Jobs (WSJ).  How do we get the custom font to print correctly?
