E1: SPC: License Error when Running an Application After Getting New SPC code for EnterpriseOne XE

Users get a licensing error when running any application after they've received a new SPC code for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne XE.  The new SPC code was given prior to applying ESU JD12367.  When this is done all boxes for the product suites must be checked.  If one is missed then any application in that suite will not be licensed.
