Symptoms
When user enters a date of 010105 after tabbing from the field, the date is converted to 1/1/2005, which is correct.
However, when user enters a value higher than year 2010, such as 010111, the date is converted to 1/1/1911 after tabbing from the field. We expect and want the date to be converted to 1/1/2011.
What controls the century that is used when the system determines the date value?
