Goal

This document is designed to assist in troubleshooting the Media Object Conversion during upgrades from Enterprise Xe/ERP8.0 application release level to higher application release levels of EnterpriseOne software from 8.9 and above. At release level 8.9 (and thus all E1 apps releases above it), the F00165 table format changed, thus conversions are scheduled for the table for upgrades from Xe or 8.0 to a new E1 apps release.

This document explains some of the different types of media objects that are stored in the F00165 table and includes some troubleshooting tips and best practices.
