Symptoms
Symptom 1: SQL0950 - Relational database S123456D not in relational database directory
When running the INSTALLSP command it seems to be successful, as there is no error message displayed. However DSPJOBLOG shows error:
SQL0950 - Relational database S123456D not in relational database directory.
