E1: JAS: Business Functions Fails on the Web Client With Error COSE#1010 (Doc ID 642766.1)

Business functions fail to run and some buttons (such as: Select, Find) are missing in applications for a new E1 installation.  Users are able to login, but applications are not running correctly.

The JAS.LOG shows the following error:
