Symptoms

I created a custom Data Dictionary (DD) item of String type and Size 3
In a Named Event Rule business function (NER), I added an Event variable based on the custom DD item and generated the NER
I then changed the DD item size to 6, refreshed the data dictionary specs, re-generated the NER
When the NER is run, the Event variable is still showing data with the original size of 3 instead of 6
