Symptoms

Customer testing a Product Package ASU by running the setup.exe to extract the custom ASU and then login to JDEPLAN environment to access Software Update application P96470. The application hangs. After rebooting the Deployment Server and try to login to JDEPLAN again, receive the following error:

The screen error is:

"Unable to open the Data Source for the Menu Data Files. OneWorld will exit.".
