We created three custom indexes on the F4311 table. We recently applied an ESU that contains two new additional standard indexes for this table. After applying the ESU, some Table I/O that was based on the custom indexes now appears to be using an incorrect index. How does applying an ESU with an index change on a table affect custom indexes that have been created for that same table?
