E1: UBE: Unable to View Submitted Job in New Batch Server

Symptoms

Scenario - 1

An old batch server was replaced by a new server. Users can submit UBE reports to this server and the PDFs are created in the PrintQueue directory of the new server. However, when going to Work with Submitted Jobs (WSJ) and selecting the new server logical data source, there are no records for the jobs.

It seems the job records are still being written to the old server's Server Map data source tables instead of the NewServer Server Map.

 

Scenario - 2

This is a fresh installation. Users can submit UBE reports to the Enterprise Server and the PDF's are created in the PrintQueue directory of the enterprise server. However, when we open Work with Submitted Jobs (WSJ) and select the corresponding enterprise server, there are no records for the jobs.
