E1: PRINT: Unable to Print Reports Within EnterpriseOne, Printing Through Adobe Works (Doc ID 648995.1)

Symptoms

When viewing a report output in Adobe Acrobat, you verify the PDF generated successfully and from there you are able to print the report fine.  However, when you attempt to print the report through EnterpriseOne via Print Immediate or from within Work Submitted Jobs (WSJ) the output is all garbled.

UBE logs shows no errors however the UBE kernel log shows the following error on some reports:
