Symptoms

For some reason all jobs submitted to a non-AS/400 remain in 'W' (Wait) status indefinitely. The problem is either specific to newly installed Windows clients, or on environment to which a new non-AS/400 server was added to a system initially using one or more AS/400 servers.

In addition to the fact the UBE does not process, the Queue field in Work with Submitted Jobs is blank:
