After installing the Critical Patch Update 8.95_PC, 8.96_DC, SP23_OC or any TR or SP later, you are no longer able to see information on the Tools Release for E1 or Service Pack for Xe/ERP8, from the web client. This information is normally displayed when clicking on the 'i' (information) icon on the top right corner of any open application, or if the user clicks on the 'My System Profile' link on the options list at the bottom left of the screen.
