Symptoms
You are able to login to Fat and Web clients following installation of EnterpriseOne 8.12 Update 1 Tools Release 8.96_E1 on AS/400 V5R3.However, when trying to work with any application or UBE that depend on BSFNs to run on the Enterprise server all BSFNs fail, and Metadata Kernel logs show the following messages:
