Symptoms

You IPLd the server due to IBM PTF applied recently, but now your system will not start up nor can EnterpriseOne users login.  Some JDENET_K processes are in TIMW status, including the Security Kernel.

The following errors appear in the server JDE.LOG on many kernels or probably all kernels:
