Symptoms


Installing E1 8.12 on the Deployment server gives the following error:

"JITI has been disabled for this environment."

This issue is happening in the DEP812 environment.
The JDE.log file contains the following:

This issue started happening after "Local - PLANNER Specs" datasource was changed to use SQL format instead of MSDE.
