Symptoms

Most table conversions (TCs) in the Table Conversion Workbench completed normally, except those for the series for F42199, F42119 and F49219. They tried running the R8942199D TC with a small subset of data, but got the same results. So, the issue was not caused by data quantity. The jde.log shows over and over again lost connection and then restored connection:
