E1: UPGTC: Errors Running Table Conversion Workbench - TCE9000 - ITCEMergeTable - JDB_InsertFromSelect Failed And ODB0000164 / ODB0000010 Errors (Doc ID 653867.1)

In this scenario here they are upgrading from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Xe to 8.12 application release level, but note that this solution is also valid for customers upgrading to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x (9.0 and 9.1) application release levels. In this example, customer is getting errors on some table conversions.  In the TC.log is found:

TCEngine Level 1 \b9\common\TCEngine\tcapi.c : Call JDB_OpenView for business view V890618.
TCEngine Level 1 \b9\common\TCEngine\tcapi.c : Business view V890618 contains 125 column(s).
TCEngine Level 1 \b9\common\TCEngine\tcapi.c : Temporary table F0618TCTEMP contains 129 column(s).
