E1: JAS: Any EnterpriseOne Application Gets Stuck in Processing in Internet Explorer (Doc ID 654767.1)

When opening any application it hangs stuck in "Processing" and never returns data from a FIND. Another application can be opened but will also get stuck in "Processing". This issue has been tested on workstations with IE 6, IE 7 and IE 8 and all are able to reproduce the same issue.  Testing has also been tried using Firefox with an EnterpriseOne 8.12 workstation and testing is successful with no issue.
