Symptoms


Testing has shown that the records are entering the F90710 table and the database trigger is firing
changing the status of the record to a 3 in the ETEVNTST column.  Most of the times the record processes and it is removed from the table, however, sometimes, the record changes to a status 4 and remains in the F90710 table. If we use SQL, we can set the status back to 3 and the record is processed and moves out of the F90710.  None of the records end up in the F90712 table.
