The REM E.P. Calculation Generation batch program (R15110) and the AREF E.P. Budget Calculation batch program (R15L1096), which is called by the AREF Budget Calculation batch program (R15L1091), both provide the option of processing tenant exclusions as part of the E.P. calculation. If a Tenant Exclusion Rule is set up, the program retrieves amounts from F03B11 to calculate the exclusion value.  The R15110 calls the function Calculate Tenant Exclusion Value (NER N1500460) to process tenant exclusions. The R15L1096 calls the function AREF Calculate Tenant Exclusion Area Value (N15L1091) to do so. Both in turn call the function Accounts Receivable Billed/Paid Retrieval (N1500012) which retrieves the appropriate amounts from F03B11.  When so doing, performance might be adversely affected depending on the size of F03B11.
