rG 2211 Provisory VAT withholding allows the company to present VAT withholding within SICORE text file to Fiscal Authority (AFIP), once the payment takes place. So if the payment is done with a deferred check, for example, this date would be when the check is debited from the Banking account instead of the payment date (when the deferred check is given to the supplier). This involves giving the supplier a Provisory VAT Withh Certificate that will be replaced by the definitive one when the deferred check is due. The SICORE Report will include only those retentions which due date has been reached. The process should include VAT and Profit Withholdings.
