Symptoms

When running PORTTEST or when trying to start services for EnterpriseOne on a LINUX Enterprise Server, both fail. 

PORTTEST returns the following error in the jde log,

The LINUX user used to run these commands is jde<release> (eg. jde812, jde920, etc.). All scripts appear to be correct. The JDE.INI settings look correct.
