This document provides troubleshooting tips that have resolved known issues while utilizing programs using programs from within Capital Asset Mgmt, Equipment Plant Maintenance, or Service and Warranty.  Please add or request more to be added!

 General Preventive Maintenance (PM)
 Issue 1:  Meter interval fields are grayed out and unavailable for input when viewing a preventive maintenance schedule (Equipment PM Schedule P1207)
 Issue 2:  Schedule date missing (P1207/R12807) for a preventive maintenance (PM) Work Order based on a custom frequency
 Issue 3:  Work order generates but no occurrence is calculated/updated in the Maintenance Schedule File (F1207)
 Issue 4:  Percent due not increasing beyond 100% even when the due date for the maintenance interval has been achieved
 Issue 5:  All preventive maintenance service types get copied to a new asset but only one or a selected few service types are selected for copy
 Issue 6:  Last Completed Date (LCPD) not updating with Actual Finished or Completion Date from the P17714 Equipment WO
 Issue 7:  Canceling an Equipment WO (P17714) the PM schedule is updated with the Work Order Cancellation Date
 Issue 8:  Update PM Schedule Status (R12807) failed to generate assigned work orders, bring PM due to status 50 & P1207 Meter Interval fields are grayed out Why?
 Issue 9: Update PM Schedule Status (R12807) generated an assigned work order with the wrong Document Type and/or Order type, such as order type M.
 Issue 1:  Update PM Schedule Status not canceling all work orders as set up in the associations settings
 Issue 2:  Why are two service types generated on separate work orders, even though they are associated (P1207/R12807)?
 Issue 3:  Associated PM at status 50 not updating to 70 when Update PM Schedule Status runs, even though they print on the PDF (P1207/P12071)?
 Issue 4:  When a service type is associated to the primary service type's assigned WO, why doesn't it move the old PM work order to a closed or cancelled status?
 Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Orders
 Issue 1:  The Update PM Schedule Status was inadvertently run resulting in multiple assigned work orders created in error
 Issue 2:  Work Order created for asset that doesn't have a Branch Plant. Can the system retrieve the branch from the equipment's location (P13714/P17714/R12807)?
 Issue 3:  How can changing the planned start date of a PM work order be prevented (R12807)?
 Issue 4:  Update PM Schedule Status (R12807) failed to generate assigned work orders (R12807)
 Issue 5:  Completed Date not updating with the date populated in the last completed field in PM Schedule (P12071/R12807)
 Issue 6:  No work order is generated from the Create Work Order row exit or the Create WO button on Preventive Maintenance (PM) backlog screen
 Issue 7:  Assigned Work Order not moving to closed, when the preventive maintenance is completed via Inventory Issues (P12701) Preventive Maintenance Backlog
 Issue 8:  R48425 ending in error when run on the WEB
 Issue 9:  In P17714 and P13714, why is the field DCTO (document type 00/DT) disabled for editing for some maintenance work orders?
 Issue 10:  Row exit from a Model Work Order P48201 to Parts / Labor Detail takes user to BOM P3002 / Routing P3003
 Issue 11:  System created Maintenance Work Orders (via R12807) fails to Back schedule the Start Date based on Routing attached
 Issue 12. Child WO are not printing R48425 based on parent WO when using PASRS Data Selection.
 Issue 1:  Added routes cannot be deleted in Maintenance Routes
 Issue 2:  Routed/looped Preventive Maintenance (PM) doesn't show the PM with status 01 after it has been completed (P1207/P12071)
 Issue 1:  How can a PM Schedule (P1207) be set up such that maintenance comes due on the same fixed date each year?
 Issue 2:  Work With Unscheduled Maintenance (P13UM) not returning unscheduled preventive maintenance schedules (PM) from WO Entry or Planning Workbench
 Issue 3:  When using the Multiple WO Code field = 1 in a PM Schedule, Update PM Schedule (R12807) make PMs due earlier than expected
 Issue 4:  Only one work order for the first Maintenance Schedule File (F1207) is created when running Update PM Schedule (R12807)
 Issue 5:  R12807 no longer updates a PM set up as Multiple WO = 1 due to the fact there is no status 01 PM record
 Issue 6:  Service Orders generated from R12807 are not being entitled, but a valid contract exists
 Issue 7:  R12807 PM Schedule Update upon completion, the PM is due but the PM status has been changed from 01 to Blank. Why?
