JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 8.93 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

You are on EnterpriseOne Unicode release 8.9x above and want to print many Languages in one PDF. When printing a report in which English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters are used/entered in description field, only those descriptions equal to the language preference of the user submitting the UBE will be visible in the report. Other language descriptions will not reflect in report, but appear blank.

If a user without a language preference submits a report, descriptions will appear as ASCII characters.

In Address Book, you have entered descriptions in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. When a Chinese user submits R014021, only Address Book records with Chinese descriptions will appear, while the other descriptions will not appear.

How do you print the UBE report that contains multiple languages, including double byte languages (DBCS) like Japanese, Chinese, and Korean in the same PDF?
