Symptoms

I am attempting to go into Task Revisions on a specific task.  I select the option for Menu Design, then navigate to the desired task, right click, and select Task Revisions.  Upon entering the Task Revisions application, a popup dialog displays:

This occurs on any task where I go into Task Revisions. Why do I get this error message and what does it indicate?
